Why can’t I see a menu item?
Two reasons: your role may not include it (staff see only what their role allows), or your plan may not unlock it yet. See Team & roles and Billing & plans.
Can I bill when the internet is down?
Yes. The POS keeps working offline — sales are saved on the device with a provisional number and sync automatically when you reconnect.
A sale I made offline hasn’t appeared / can’t be shared
Keep the till’s browser tab open and reconnect to the internet; it syncs and gets its final bill number. Sharing a bill on WhatsApp becomes available once that sale has synced.
The WhatsApp Send button is greyed out
Connect your shop’s own WhatsApp number first under Settings → WhatsApp.
My GST split looks wrong (CGST/SGST vs IGST)
Check your state and GSTIN under Settings → Business, and the GST rate / HSN on the product. The split is decided by your state versus the place of supply.
My stock count changed and I don’t know why
Open the Stock Ledger — it lists every movement (sale, purchase, transfer, adjustment) with its reason.
How do I correct a sale?
Don’t edit it — record a return / credit note. SunarOne keeps sales and payments as an auditable trail and makes corrections as new records.
How do I get my data out?
Owners can export all data as JSON anytime under Settings → Your data.
